Banner Elk is filled with B&B and Cabins, but few are as primly situated as Banner Haven, or allow guests enjoy breakfast on their schedule – all day – instead of from 7:30-8:30 like most bed and breakfasts.
Banner Haven is accidentally unique. During their kitchen renovation, which is still underway, guests have been served breakfast by the Banner Elk Cafe just a half mile from the inn. Instead of disappointment, guests have exclaimed what a good idea it is; allowing guests to have an entire menu and the ability to eat when they choose. Although breakfast will return to Banner Haven, the dinning out option may continue as well, with the addition of other restaurants.
If you or someone you know is looking for a place to stay in the High Country, consider Banner Haven B&B and Cabin Rentals. The innkeepers are extremely helpful and the accommodations are outstanding, along with the service. With off-season rates starting under $50, it’s hard to find a better option – or a better price.
