Sugar Mountain Ski Resort opened 2 lifts and as many slopes in October. After a couple weeks of cold weather, fresh natural and manmade snow, have created a 10-30″ snow base. Although many people said “It’s too early” it appears Sugar made he right choice and they show no signs of slowing.
Snow making continues most nights and some days. More slopes and lifts will be opening soon.
If you’re a skier or snowboarder, plan your early trip and save money. Lodging prices are reduced in November. Lift tickets are $30 for a full day. Although night skiing hasn’t started yet, it’s not going to be long. With more slopes will come higher prices.
